My starting weight at FWB was 238! Within 6 - 7 months I got that weight down to 174 with consistent workouts and dieting. I am now working on building muscle and getting my weight up the proper way. I’m currently at 190 with a completely redefined body and lean muscle. My fitness journey at FWB has been personal and intentional since day 1. I wasn’t happy with my weight, and I decided to make change. I decided to choose me! It’s been difficult. A lot of sweat, a little blood, and ALOT or tears. Shin splints, muscle soreness, hand calluses, sports massages, Epsom salt, but most of all a lot of GAINS/RESULTS. I can honestly say this is the best and most “fit” I’ve felt in my entire life.

After working-out with a good friend and personal trainer, I felt I was missing the comradery that I once had playing football. I decided to try something new, which was a group workout that was led by Marvin and Chris. I am going to give you full disclosure, the workouts are hard, you never know what you are going to get, and you will always be tired and sore after the workout. On the plus side, everyone is going through the same struggle, and you will always be held accountable. Results speak for themselves. All they ask is that you show up and try.

September 5, 2020, I experienced my first Feast with Beasts workout class and although it was one of the toughest and most unique workouts I had ever completed, I knew immediately this would be my gym home. Feast With Beasts is so much more than just a gym to me … it’s accountability, encouragement, hard work, and dedication. Feast with Beasts introduced and continues to introduce me to a level of discipline, consistency, and determination that I did not even know existed within me. Feast with Beasts has taught me that on the other side of my consistent efforts is true results. It has been a little over a year and I am forever grateful to be a part of something that is so impactful, life changing, and family oriented.  Yes, I have undergone a complete physical transformation, but I have also transformed mentally and emotionally as well.
